The goal of this workshop is to create the most effective and cost-efficient network possible through shared understanding of objectives and activities across the acoustics community. This workshop aims to achieve the following outcomes:

• Introduce acoustic practitioners, and inventory and describe their ongoing and forthcoming activities.

• Identify/review data needs identified through end-user engagement to date.

• Identify gaps in regional acoustics activities relative to data needs.

• Identify data management techniques for this plan.

• Outline the process for developing the first draft of the implementation plan prior to the second workshop.
